Project Description:

Construction of the Memorial Wall, Memorial Path, the Grove, Stage and Canopy including a cantilevered event stage with a roof canopy over the existing lake, a memorial wall with a wreath-laying terrace, Lest We Forgot artwork, a ‘ring’ grove.

LKS Constructions was awarded Memorial Wall after another contractor went bankrupt. LKS engaged many of the old subcontractors as advised by the client. This required additional and very careful monitoring and managing. The works was completed on time, within budget to the full satisfaction of City of Canning.
