The project consisted of a re-roof of the existing building, new ceilings, lighting and flooring.

The works included:

  • Removal of external asbestos panelling in the soffits,
  • Removal of existing roof cover on the lower roof and replacement with new Colorbond sheeting, anticon, gutters, downpipes and associated flashings.
  • Installation of new floor covering and removal of existing.
  • Demolition of the existing ceiling and replacement with a new flush ceiling
  • Installation of ceiling recessed lighting and associated wiring.
  • Painting internally and externally.
  • Refurbishment of existing mechanical services.
  • Installation of a new roof safety system to the lower roof.
