Project Description:

The East Maddington Primary School comprise of a single storey building which contained:

• two Group Rooms adjoining a covered outdoor activity space
• two Consult Rooms,
• a Health Room,
• a Manager’s Room,
• two toilets (one universal accessible)and an outdoor store.

The internal works included ceiling finishes, cabinetry, painting, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical. External works included demolition, earthworks, concrete foundations and slab, structural steel, brickwork and roofing.
