Project Description:
The project consisted of removing the existing principal shared path (PSP) and rerouting the path on the southern side of Guildford Station to a more suitable route.
Works undertaken included:
- Removal of existing road safety barriers, fencing, existing PSP path and footpaths.
- Regrading and excavation of the new path.
- Importing and compaction of limestone and roadbase subbase.
- Installation and wiring of 12 new lightpoles supplied by PTA.
- Asphalting and line marking of new PSP path.
- New limestone pitching.
- Installation of W beam barrier and ET2000 end terminal.
- Supply and installation of new path signage.
