• New male/ female toilets and an internal Universal Accessible Toilet (UAT) facility in Clubroom;
• Remodelling of the existing kitchen to include new grease trap;
• Building extension and internal alterations to increase current storage area; and
• New bi-fold doors, windows, and all associated works
