Project Description:

Riverton Leisureplex required an upgrade to their Gymnasium Change Rooms.

The project included the following works:

• Demolition of existing services, toilet partitions, tiling, screed, brick fence.
• Relocation of existing AC units from the ground to the roof.
• New hydraulic services including new pits, toilets, basins, shower, and tapware.
• New electrical services.
• Concrete slab extension for the toilets.
• Removal and reinstatement of “Bondor” façade panels.
• New structural steel for an extension.
• Studwall framing, ceilings, and cladding to toilet extension.
• Installation of waterproofing, screed, wall, and floor tiling.
• Installation of toilet partitions and associated toilet hardware.
• Painting of existing ceilings, doors, and frames.
